Does a person write my card?
No. A handwriting machine holds a real pen and writes your words in ink on paper card stock. It is not a person writing by hand, and it is not a printed imitation. We put it in an addressed envelope with a postage stamp and mail it from Birmingham.
What can I send?
A personal message of up to 400 characters and 10 lines, plus a signature of up to 50 characters. We use the white card and envelope shown above. One order sends one card to one address.
When will it arrive?
We mail standard orders within 2 business days after payment, or within 1 business day with the $1 rush option. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. postal holidays. Rush speeds up when we mail your card, not postal delivery. We do not guarantee an arrival date.
Where can I send a card?
To an address in any of the 50 U.S. states or Washington, DC, including PO boxes. International, territory, and military addresses are not available in this first version.
Do I need to email my message afterward?
No. You enter your message, signature, and recipient's address on the website before paying. Review them carefully: we use the details you submit.
Can my AI assistant prepare a card?
Yes. Your assistant can submit the details through our API and give you a secure Stripe checkout link. You review and pay before the card is sent. API documentation.
