What we collect

When you continue to checkout, we store your name and email, the recipient's name and mailing address, your message and signature, and your mailing choice. We also keep payment references and order status.

Why we need it

We use this information to write, address, mail, and support your order. Inqued's fulfillment team can read the message and address to prepare your card. The message is not private from the people producing it. Please do not include passwords, financial credentials, or sensitive medical information.

Payments and service providers

Stripe handles card payments. Card payment details are entered on Stripe's checkout, not stored by this website. Cloudflare hosts the website and order database. The postal service receives the information on the envelope to deliver it.

Drafts and checkout

The form temporarily keeps a draft in this browser tab so your words are not lost when you return from checkout. The site restores drafts for up to one hour and clears them after confirmed payment. Closing the tab ends its browser session. Continuing to checkout saves the order on our server, even if you do not complete payment.

For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact [email protected] with your order reference. Order information is kept for fulfillment and support; payment records may need to be retained for accounting and legal obligations.
